We are in the final throws of the wild garlic season in Britain. In a woodland near you the broad fleshy green leaves with small dainty clusters of white flowers will be growing in boggy, moist areas.
We foraged for some locally last weekend and decided to create what in our opinion is the ‘ultimate’ garlic bread using not 1 but 6 different variations of garlic. A true celebration of garlic and not for the faint hearted! The six different garlics highlight a different flavour profile of garlic and although it may truly keep the vampires away you will have many passers-by swarming due to the wonderful aroma.
Our garlic tapenade and flavoured sea salt, imported by our sister company Italy2Eat were truly the stars of the show.
