The most popular birth month? September
According to new analysis by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), more babies are born in late September and early October than at any other point of the year in England and Wales.
The study was conducted on data between 1995 and 2014. In this decade, the most common birthday was 26 September, that is nearly nine months after Christmas Day.
Eight of the other top ten dates of birth occurred in late September, with the other two occurring in early October.
This suggests more babies are likely to be conceived around the Christmas holidays.
We want to celebrate this time of year with a special promotion on our popular and well appreciated birthday hampers.
