Choose - Add to basket - Review basket- Create account or Login- Add delivery details - Pay
1. Choose your desired gift (Use the navigation by to search by type, occasion, recipient or price – or click on ALL GIFTs at the top right and use the filters on the left-hand side of the screen) and then add to cart.
2. Add more gifts or go to the shopping cart. You can also click the trolley at the top right of the screen (ensure scrolled to the top of the page) to review your basket at any time or click within the drop-down display to Proceed to Checkout. If you have a discount code please add it into your basket at this stage. The code is case-sensitive & must be identical.
3. You then need to login to your account or create a new one. Unfortunately we cannot offer a Guest checkout within our current systems, however, we will never use your contact details for marketing unless you specifically request it.
a) If you have used us before login to your account on the right-hand side. If you forget your password we can send a reset if you click ‘Forgot your password’ at the bottom of the screen. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive this within 10 minutes of clicking it.
b) If you have not ordered from us before, click ‘create an account’. Please fill in your name, email, and use the postcode finder for your billing address, please add a contact number so we can contact you in the event of a problem with your order. You also need to create your password. Submit.
4. You will be returned to your basket to select a delivery date, addresses and to write your gift message for each of your gifts. You can select different ad dresses or the same.
a) Your delivery address will default to your billing address – If you wish to send elsewhere please click grey button saying ‘+ New Address’ under the address. Fill it in (please include a mobile number so they can get timed updates about their delivery) Click Save Address and then select the address by using the drop down menu. If the address is international the surcharge will show at this point.
b) The select the delivery date (in December this is Free In time for Christmas or dated – any surcharges will appear)
c)Then type your gift message (or leave blank if none needed)
d)Update and proceed to payment
5. Review your order and make payment – you can select either PayPal or Sage pay for credit or debit cards including Amex. Please note your delivery address will show as your billing address once you are redirected to Paypal (this is a default of Paypal)– however, this is not correct for your order. Whatever it says on the Review and Pay page is where it will be delivered to.
6. Order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address within 10 minutes. Please check your junk mail.
Despatch confirmation and tracking details. When we send the gift you will receive a second email with the tracking details which you can use to watch the progress of the delivery. Please add our email to your address book to ensure this does not go to your junk (sales@hampers.co.uk).
