OUTER PACKAGINGAll food and wine gifts will be packed in a strong cardboard outer. All outer packaging is made from recyclable cardboard and can be recycled as you would with other cardboard. Our outer boxes are made from 70% minimum recycled material and are from 100% FSC sources. These can be recycled Protective inner packaging will vary on the size of the gift but may include one or all of the following. Shredded paper, Loose-fill or Airstrips. The shredded paper we use is 100% recycled and biodegradable. Please recycle responsibly. |

Sustainability is important to us. We understand the impact that the packaging we use has on the environment and are therefore committed to continuously sourcing and using environmentally friendly packaging for our hamper gifts and for the items within our hampers wherever possible. We make our gift boxes to a luxury finish in the hope you will enjoy reusing them, although they are all completely recyclable. However, you need to remove the magnets before placing them in your recycling bin. Watch how the loose-fill used in some of our hampers is water-soluble and therefore better for the environment here. Our willow hampers and trays are made from entirely renewable resources. We understand that their transportation via container ships is damaging to the environment and so we nest efficiently where possible and minimise any external packaging used in transit. |

DELIVERY |

Gifts are dispatched via courier from our warehouse, insured and tracked to the delivery address. The courier will send a text message to the phone number provided on the order with a time slot for delivery. The delivery driver will require a signature for receipt of the gift, so there must be someone at the delivery address during the allocated time slot. It is important that the delivery address is up to date and accurate. You will receive an email from us informing you that the item has been despatched with a link to the tracking page of the couriers we used, prefilled with your unique tracking code so that you can view its progress to your recipient.
