Limoncello is a typical Italian lemon liqueur mainly produced in Southern Italy. It is traditionally served chilled as an after-dinner digestive or to accompany delicate fruit-based desserts; it is excellent especially after having enjoyed fish dishes or salads. This liqueur is made with the juiciest lemons, grown in a favourable climate on the promontory above the city of Salerno called Tubenna, as the name of this Limoncello, and is made following the traditional recipe kept by Nonna Anna, without any treatments or preservatives.
