The Easter Cakes and Bakes Basket pictured is this month's prize giveaway for our Instagram follower!
This stunning selection of bakery goods includes: a handmade Victoria Sponge, large enough for 8 generous portions. A really lovely and refreshing lemon and poppy seed loaf cake (which is also vegan - as are the apple pie cookies - delicious warmed a little in the microwave!). There is a chocolate truffle cake, and a decadent fruit cake. A tray bake of fruity flapjack, plus all butter shortbread biscuits and ginger fairing biscuits. Plus of course a bag of chocolate mini eggs!
