Christmas fuelled baby booms every September
According to an analysis by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), more babies are born in late September and early October than at any other point of the year in England and Wales.
The study was conducted on data between 1995 and 2014. In these 20 years, the most common birthday was 26 September.
At 39 weeks and 2 days after Christmas Day- it suggests that all that celebrating with great food and wine fuels much desire! We very much like to think that, just maybe, our delicious Christmas hampers have contributed to someone’s existence over the last 35 years!
And it is Hay Hamper's birthday too! 35 years young this year!
