The white wine we have selected is an organic Bergerac white from Ch. Grinou soft, dry and fruity. We have matched this to an award winning gently-smoked Beechwood Cheddar from the Snowdonia Cheese Company. Combine it with our office favourite caramelised onion chutney on an Artisan Cheddar Crackers, or spread the cracker with some of the authentic French pate with green peppercorns, solely imported to the UK by Hay Hampers.
